1. Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Exchanges
